Description: This is a predecessor ability of the Ootsutsuki, and is one that replaces the Byakugan. Instead of milky white, the user's irises become luminescent blue.

Passively (without having to activate)
The user gains access to the following jutsu at A-rank, and may learn them:
- Truth Seeking Balls
- Golden Reincarnation Wheel
- Silver Reincarnation Wheel
- Shinra Tensei
- Bansho'o Ten'nin

The user is also able to use all five basic elemental types at a minimum of A-rank; though the user's 4th and 5th element take 2x the word count to train to S.

When the user gains the S-rank version (requires normal learning costs for an S-rank jutsu) and activates, he goes into Tenseigan Chakra Mode, gaining a blue aura of chakra. The user is able to fly at their speed, with good maneuverability, and gains +1 to his speed. 15 chakra to activate, 10 to upkeep each post.
