Specialization: Taijutsu||Ninjutsu Location: Kiri Clan History: The Kaguya clan was an extinct clan, known to have been very barbaric. Select few, namely Kimimaro, possessed the kekkei genkai Shikotsumyaku; this ability was so powerful that even the war-loving Kaguya clan feared it. With the exception of Kimimaro, the clan was killed off when attacking Kirigakure in a failed attempt to show off their ferocity. The clan was very savage and had no tactics when going to battle, and refused to back down even when surrounded and completely outmatched, preferring to fight to the death for fun. Kimimaro would for years live as the last member of the Kaguya clan, but eventually died of a terminal disease. Though as his body died, his cells lived on, taken and implanted by the remaining members of the Kaguya clan to be able to achieve the same power as the amazing ninja who was able to fight the two legendary prodigies of Konoha and Suna. Through complex cell grafts they managed to bond some of Kimimaro's power to their own forms, but also attained some of the ninja's weaknesses, the rare trait of bone manipulation became more common in the ranks of the clan behind closed doors, and so did the resurgence of the curse mark. Years later a cloaked man appeared in Kiri. At first sight he appeared as an outsider however he remarkably knew his way around in Kiri. It was when he took of his cloak in the Temple that people recognized him, not his name, not who he was, but his ancestors. The two red dots on his forehead were sign of the Kaguya clan. The first reaction to his presence was fear. What would the offspring of the extinct Kaguya clan do? For all they knew was that the clan was completely extinct. Yet the man meant no harm to them and stated that he wished the rebuild the Kaguya again in safe environment. Not just for himself he said as he pointed at the other cloaked figure who took of her hat, but also for his wife and newborn son. Kiri negotiated and accepted them and even granted them the Temple as a building for their clan only, which was soon later renamed to the Kaguya Temple. Some say that the Mizukage was being generous while others say that there is a hidden agenda in which the Kaguya have some role that they are not even aware of yet. Only time can tell us what happened. Is there anything in store for them? Who knows. It has been a while and that Mizukage has already passed away; yet another has gone since that, as well. Will the latest Mizukage know of this? Kekkei Genkai Description: Shikotsumyaku (Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse) is the kekkei genkai of the Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure (their osteoblasts and osteoclasts). By infusing these, as well as their calcium, with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking. The ability seems to be rare amongst the clan members, as Kimimaro was the only one to exhibit it out of his entire clan, so, through his cells being implanted into the Kaguya generations, the clan became stronger, and the trait of bone manipulation over 300 years became a staple of the noble ninja clan, as well as the form of the cursed mark of earth. The main capabilities of Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate the speed of their bones' growth as well as the location of calcium deposits. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like hand-held weapons. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed. At advanced levels, users can increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel and up to sizes far greater than the ninja themselves. The Kekkei Genkai's manipulation of bone requires them to be extremely hard; Kaguya clansmen can heal broken bones within their body at whim. The chakra costs for the level of damage varies. -5 chakra for bone fractures (C rank damage), -10 chakra for broken bone (B rank damage), -15 chakra for shattered bones (A rank damage), with the additional 5 chakra for each additional bone in the same post. This does not allow the user to heal any other damages - ie. if a broken bone has pierced through the user's lung, healing the bone will still leave the lung pierced. In addition, as they learn Senjutsu, the Kaguya clan rather than attaining the art of Sage mode, awaken the foreign body of the Cursed mark of Earth at A rank Senjutsu, which transforms their body and enhances their characteristics. (Refer to Clan Jutsu) Drawbacks: Their body is too different from the norm to give normal surgery. Only medical techniques of A-rank or higher that speed up normal cell regeneration (such as the Shousen-jutsu) have any chance at healing a Kaguya correctly. Any other attempts may be completely ineffective or result in horrible disfigurement, meaning they also receive +1 damage from offensive Medical ninjutsu. "This shinobi is born with an illness or natural defect. Because of this, he/she has certain side effects in battle that reduce their natural capacities. After fighting for eight posts, he/she will begin to feel the effects of the illness set in. Once this happens, he/she's speed and strength will be lowered by one tier. Additionally, the actual effects of the illness or defect can be specified in character." Members of this clan who do not take Senjutsu as their Tertiary SC available to them at Sp. jounin rank cannot use the mark of Earth. Should they take it, they cannot use sage mode, and cannot regenerate chakra through meditation. Kekkei Genkai Jutsu: - Macabre Bone Pulse:

In the next round, countless bones explode from underground violently expanding outward from the user in a ripple effect, numbering as many as thousands, up to the tens of thousands, within the technique's radius. The bones are capable of penetrating rock and hard earth as well as completely impaling ninja through with the long lengths of the bones and lifting them into the air, some ranging up to 6m long. The wave travels outward at a speed of 65 meters per second, making it incredibly hard to avoid should a ninja be in its radius. - Code:

Description: Hardened bones from the fingertips are shot at the enemy and regenerated afterwards, each fired with a spinning motion added to the skeletal bullets to further their damage. The damage done by each bullet depends on the rank of the jutsu. At D-rank, 2 projectiles may be fired; each can penetrate 0.5-inch deep and travel at 15 m/s. At C-rank, the user can attack with 5 bullets, and each can pierce up to 1 inch through flesh, but not through bone at 25 m/s.
